Yes. Yakang supports OEM and ODM customization. We can adjust size, color, GSM, texture, edge sewing, logo, labels and packaging according to your sales channel and application scenario.

Before bulk production, we recommend confirming samples or sample standards, including hand feel, absorbency, lint control, color, packaging and carton marks. Bulk production can then follow the confirmed specification.

For an accurate quotation, please provide the application, size, GSM, color, quantity, fabric or weaving style, edge sewing, logo method, packaging, expected lead time and destination if available.

If the specification is not fixed yet, you can first share the sales channel and application, such as household cleaning, hotel cleaning, auto detailing or industrial wiping. We will recommend suitable options based on our current product categories.

Pricing is calculated based on material, GSM, size, quantity, customization process, packaging and shipping terms. Sample orders, trial orders and bulk orders may have different unit prices. The final price is subject to the confirmed quotation or contract.

Payment methods can be discussed according to order value and cooperation model. Payment schedule, currency, receiving account and shipment conditions will be clearly stated in the proforma invoice or contract for smooth execution.

Trial orders can be discussed. The MOQ varies depending on fabric, color, GSM, packaging and customization requirements.

For new customers or new projects, we recommend starting with sample confirmation or a small trial order. After market feedback, packaging presentation and quality standards are confirmed, stable bulk orders can be arranged.

Lead time depends on order quantity, product structure, material availability, color, customized packaging and current production schedule. Regular products can usually be arranged faster after specification confirmation, while complex customization or multi-SKU orders need more time for production and packing.

The confirmed lead time is usually issued after sample approval, price confirmation and deposit receipt. If you have a trade show, promotion or fixed launch date, please inform us in advance so we can evaluate urgent scheduling.

Yakang is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang. We can help arrange sea freight, air freight, express delivery or shipment through the customer-appointed forwarder according to order volume, weight, timeline and destination.

Samples and urgent small parcels are usually suitable for express or air shipment. Bulk orders are normally arranged by sea freight or combined transport based on cost and timing. The final plan depends on the actual order and trade terms.

Freight cost is calculated according to carton size, gross weight, destination port or address, shipping method and trade terms. Customers may also use their own forwarder, and we will provide packing information and shipment coordination.

If export documents, packing lists, invoices, shipping marks or other customs clearance documents are required, please confirm the details before ordering so that packaging and documents remain consistent.

Yes. Depending on sales channel needs, microfiber cleaning products can be packed in bulk, OPP bags, individual bags, paper cards, color boxes, sets and shipping cartons with marks. Labels and instructions can also be customized for your brand.

Packaging affects unit price, volume, carton quantity and lead time. We recommend confirming packaging size, material, printing content, barcode and carton specification at the quotation stage.

For customized logos, care labels, stickers, hang tags or carton marks, please provide clear artwork files, color requirements, position, size and corresponding SKU information. Barcodes, warnings, material descriptions or destination-market labeling requirements should also be shared in advance.

Production will follow the confirmed artwork. Clear packaging files and sample standards help make production, inspection and warehousing smoother.

Yakang follows in-house production and full-process quality control, covering weaving, finishing, shaping, color fixing, lint reduction, inspection and packing to reduce issues such as lint shedding, color fading, deformation and size deviation.

Customers can define key inspection points during order confirmation, such as size tolerance, GSM, color, absorbency, hand feel, packaging and carton quantity. Production and shipment inspection will follow the confirmed standards.

If quality, quantity, packaging or transportation-related issues are found after delivery, please provide the order number, product photos or videos, carton photos, quantity difference details and arrival date as soon as possible so we can check quickly.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by production or packing, we will discuss a practical solution such as replacement, rework, discount or compensation in a future order. We value long-term cooperation and resolve problems through clear records and practical communication.
